Why we started the Soneron project
It all started with frustration over typical off-the-shelf diffusers made from cheap molded plastic shells that began rattling loudly after a few weeks or cracked from water contact. We wanted a home piece with the weight and substance of genuine home furnishings, built to stay firmly on a dresser and operate in complete silence through the night.
That led us to pair a high-fired sandblasted ceramic shell with a piezoelectric core tuned to 2.4 megahertz. In our Treviso warehouse, we do not simply shift boxes: each diffuser is removed from its protective carton, connected to power, and run through a test cycle to check internal tank seal integrity before final shipment.
We believe in straightforward relations with our customers. We do not require advance card payments, we offer convenient cash on delivery, and we provide thirty days to inspect product integrity inside its original packaging.
Our internal inspection process
We inspect the ceramic cover for cracks or chips and test the ignition of every batch in Treviso. We then package each unit with thick, custom-molded cardboard inserts to guard against transport impacts.

Manual testing
We never ship unopened boxes blindly without first checking that the power supply and buttons work properly. If an item shows even a minor cosmetic flaw, it is immediately discarded.
