The goods

Supply of consumer home goods, furnishing accessories, kitchen accessories, home textiles, and organizing solutions for living spaces marketed by Soneron Home S.r.l. In the product descriptions, we specify included accessories, capacity, and the diffuser's physical dimensions. Photographs serve as a visual reference; the outer protective packaging may feature minor design changes.

Ordering and contract

When the sale is concluded. Your order is considered placed once you complete the final checkout steps. We will promptly send a summary via email; the actual contract takes effect once the item is handed over to the courier. We reserve the right to decline an order if shelf stock is depleted or if provided details cannot be verified, refunding the amount paid without delay.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable by law. Shipping costs are calculated clearly prior to payment confirmation. Available options are Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious error in the listed price is identified before the package is dispatched, we will correct the amount and let you freely decide whether to confirm or cancel the purchase.

Delivery

Where can you find details on shipping times and rates? We explain them in the Shipping and Payment section. Responsibility for the package transfers to you the moment the courier physically hands you the box.

Product images and colours

Why might the color on screen look slightly different in person? Display brightness and room lighting affect how shades are perceived. A minor color variation from actual photos is not a manufacturing defect, nor does it entitle you to a return at our expense or compensation. You can find exact dimensions, materials, and composition on the diffuser product sheet.

Transfer of risk

Who is responsible for the diffuser during transit? Until the courier delivers the package to you or your designated recipient at the agreed address, full responsibility rests with us. After delivery, the risk of damage or loss transfers to you. If you notice dents on the packaging, report them immediately to the driver and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

How do returns work? You can return the product within 30 days of delivery, as outlined in the Returns section, provided it is intact and in its original packaging. Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), all home items benefit from a 24-month legal warranty of conformity for original defects appearing from delivery.

• Custom-made goods or items clearly personalized at the customer's specific request
• Perishable goods or items liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Sealed home care items, bed textiles in direct contact with skin, or hygiene accessories unsealed after delivery
• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature
• Digital media or sealed media containing multimedia instructions unsealed by the consumer after receipt

Liability

The liability of Soneron Home S.r.l. towards the customer is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, to the total value of the order placed or to a flat amount of € 100,00. Nothing in these contractual terms is intended to limit or exclude liabilities mandatorily imposed by law for consumer protection.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Use every item carefully following the included guide: a home diffuser supports comfort but cannot replace professional medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and sales contracts are governed exclusively by Italian law, with mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's court of residence in Italy. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our support team, legal jurisdiction belongs to the court where the seller is based, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
