Orders confirmed by 1:00 PM on weekdays are handed over to the courier that same afternoon. You will receive a message with the tracking code to follow your package.

You can return the diffuser within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item has not been used and is in its original, intact packaging. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.
